7 Day Exchange Policy
We offer our customers a 1-week exchange policy. You may exchange your items within 7 days from the purchase date. This is only applicable if the product you received is damaged/wrong(not what you ordered) the product cannot be exchanged in any other case.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, and the customer will be self-responsible for shipping the product back to us in its original, unused condition – with all packaging and product inserts intact and undamaged. Exchanges are subject to inspection and approval by our team – if products or the packaging are found to be damaged they are not eligible for an exchange
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging which must also not be torn or damaged.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Cancellations/exchanges are only applicable to orders on madasasa.com
Any item not in its original condition, items that are damaged or have missing parts for reasons not due to our error, or any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery may not be eligible for an exchange. Any and all exchanges are approved or rejected at the discretion of MadaSasa Exports.
Products which are non-returnable
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Some health and personal care items
To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- Book with obvious signs of use.
- CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened
- Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is exchanged more than 7 days after delivery
Cancellations
After placing an order, the customer cannot cancel his/her order.
Exchange (if applicable)
Once your request for the exchange is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange.
If you are approved, then your exchange will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your next purchase within a certain amount of days.

Only regular priced items may be exchanged, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your exchange. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
Shipping
To return your product, send us an email at madasasaexports@gmail.com. We will let you know the return address and instructions on how to return your item.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over ₹ 4000, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
According to our policy, We cannot refund/exchange the money on the basis of color, quality, and likeliness. The color seen might vary from color received according to stock availability. As a customer, you agree to our terms and buy.
